Your Journey with ACE
We guide you through each step of the process to ensure you receive the support you need.
1. Initial Inquiry/ Consultation
Interested individuals are asked to complete a case history questionnaire detailing the nature of the concern.
Upon receiving the completed questionnaire, the clinic director will contact clients for a phone consultation or to schedule an in-person appointment.
2. Assessment and Planning
Formal diagnostic assessments are administered, if recommended, followed by a detailed report explaining the results and a meeting to answer questions and talk about next steps.
3. Instruction and Support
Clients who need it receive targeted instruction in academic, social, and/or job-related skills. Training in assistive technology and self-advocacy is also provided.
4. Progress Monitoring
Regular progress summaries and satisfaction surveys ensure ongoing effectiveness and client engagement throughout the service period.
5. Transition and Follow-up
Follow-up and transitional services support clients in continuing their progress and success beyond their time at ACE.
